December 12th

What is so special about December 12th? Well let me tell you. Two years prior Shawn and I had our first date. *Awe*

So we decided to turn our first date into the first Sloan tradition. Every year on the 12th of December, we plan (and so far are doing great) to make gingerbread houses and watch the movie Elf.

This year we decided to invite Ryan and Noelle so that they could share in the fun and make it a little more like our first date.

We had tons of fun getting messy (mainly Ryan and Noelle, see below), blowing up hand mixers while trying to make frosting (didn't get a picture) and talking it up. Thanks to the Stringhams for joining in!

Wilton kit is the way to go!!! So much better than last year.

I don't know how many times their house fell apart.
