A Papaya

I am now 22 weeks along in the pregnancy and boy oh boy is it fun. I only say that because our little girl has grown enough that we can SEE, yes I said see not feel, her moving around. Last night I was half laying half sitting on the bed and you could see my stomach rise in places. It was awesome!

I also have this app called What To Expect (very handy) and it tells me approximately how big she is. Right now she is the size of a papaya. Yes I did have to look up what that even was.

Here is a collage of belly shots since the day we found out. We take a picture on the 14th of every month.


So there you have it, an update on the growth of our little girl. According to my app, she will be here in 17 weeks and 5 days....it's going to fly.

    Yeah looks like fun. Can't wait for my niece to get here! I will be the number 1 aunt. Shaun's sisters can't take the claim and Nissy and Chels are younger so I get to say it first.

    I used a website similar to this when I was pregnant and that is how Ella got her nickname. When I was barely pregnant the site said that she was the size of a pinto bean. It was summer and it was so hot in our house. I told Taylor he ws baking the bean because he hadn't started up the A/C for the summer and it stuck. She has been Bean since before she was born. We still call her Ella Bean every day.

    I will let you have the #1 spot only in a tie. But I mean honestly I hate that we are not living there. I want Leili to know me. Maybe that just means more visits instead of real vacations? I don't know it might depend on if it is a tie for 1st. Black mail is a wonderful thing. ;) bwahahaha! Keep posting. And don't you dare stop after she comes!
